Amazon's GPSR guide tells resellers to contact their upstream supplier for responsible-person details. What to ask for, and how resellers submit per ASIN.
Amazon's GPSR guidebook says that if you resell GPSR-regulated products, you can contact your upstream supplier for the responsible person's contact details. Only brand owners can submit the responsible person or manufacturer at brand level. Resellers submit per ASIN, and can add several ASINs to one submission using 'select more product violations'.
What to ask your supplier for: the manufacturer's name, postal and electronic address; the EU responsible person's name, postal and electronic address (if the manufacturer is outside the EU); and the warning and safety information in each marketplace language.
