Walmart, TikTok Shop and Amazon's GPSR guide all point resellers and retailers back to the brand or importer for compliance documents. What to request and check.
Walmart's policy says certificates must be available, on request, to distributors and retailers. TikTok Shop lets toy resellers submit the CPC (issued within 365 days) plus an invoice and tracking-label photos. Amazon's GPSR guide tells resellers to contact their upstream supplier for responsible-person details.
When you ask, request the CPC (all 7 elements, English, dated), the full test report from a CPSC-accepted lab, the tracking-label details, and for the EU the manufacturer and responsible person details. Then check the model and product name match what you sell.
