TikTok Shop US toys requirements ask for a legible, unaltered English CPC and report, issued within 365 days, with product details that match the category and listing photos.

TikTok Shop US's Toys and Hobby Products Requirements say manufacturers, importers and repackers may need to submit a legible and unaltered CPC and a test report from a CPSC-accredited laboratory. Both must be in English, have a date of issue within the last 365 days, and include product details that match the product category and listing photos.

CPSC's CPC page also requires the CPC and supporting test reports to be in English, and lists the seven required elements. The 365-day window is TikTok's platform rule; CPSC does not set a reissue interval on the CPC page.
