Selling toys on TikTok Shop as a reseller: CPC, purchase invoice and tracking-label photos

TikTok Shop US lists different documents for toy resellers: the brand's CPC, a purchase invoice within 365 days and product photos showing the tracking label.

For resellers, TikTok's toys page lists: a legible, unaltered CPC (same fields, issued within 365 days) that matches the listing; a purchase invoice with the supplier's name and address, a date of issue within the last 365 days, and product details and quantities matching the products you apply to sell, in English; and product photos showing all sides, all packaging information, and a legible tracking label.

As a reseller you don't issue the CPC, so you need it from your supplier or the brand, and it has to be current.

First actions

  1. Ask the brand or importer for their current CPC (issued within 365 days).
  2. Use an invoice dated within 365 days that names the supplier and matches products and quantities.
  3. Photograph all sides of the product, with the tracking label legible.
