Why GPSR safety documents or images get rejected on Amazon EU, the three ways to comply per ASIN, and the language rules, from Amazon's own GPSR guidebook.
Amazon's GPSR guidebook says warning and safety information is uploaded per ASIN, in one of three ways: a product safety document (for example a manual PDF under 10 MB, in the language of each marketplace, uploaded separately for each EU store); warning and safety images in slots PS01–PS06 (one store, synced to the others); or a product safety attestation, offered only where Amazon decides the product may not need warnings.
For a rejected document, the guidebook says to open the ASIN on the Regulatory compliance page and view the rejection reason. If the file doesn't match the document type you chose (for example user manual vs specification sheet), fix the type, language and file URL under Edit listing → Safety & Compliance. Otherwise, use 'replace with a new submission'.
GPSR Article 19(d) requires warnings or safety information in a language consumers can easily understand, as determined by the Member State where the product is sold.
