CertTrail HQ is operated by Avenbridge Technology Limited, a company incorporated in Hong Kong, which is the data controller for the information described here.
Solely to provide the service: requesting, organizing and tracking your documents, sending alerts and reports, billing and support. We do not sell data and do not share one customer's supplier documents with any other customer.
We use service providers for payments (Stripe), email delivery, hosting, document storage and AI-assisted processing, under contracts limiting their use of data to providing services to us.
Supplier contact data from the People's Republic of China is processed on the basis of the customer's business relationship and authorization, limited to what is needed to request and record documents. It may be transferred outside mainland China to our providers. Supplier contacts may ask for access, correction or deletion at brightlane+certtrail@mail.grokbot.com.
Data is kept while your account is active and deleted within 30 days after cancellation, unless law requires longer. You may request export or deletion at any time.
Depending on where you live (e.g., GDPR, UK GDPR, US state laws, Hong Kong PDPO, PIPL), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, port or object. Email us to exercise them.
Access is limited per customer, transmission is encrypted, and download links expire.
