CertTrail HQ ("we", "us") is a service operated by Avenbridge Technology Limited, a company incorporated in Hong Kong (the "Operator"). These Terms form an agreement between you and the Operator.
We collect, organize and track product compliance documents (such as test reports and certificate copies) from suppliers you designate, check them for completeness against fields you specify, and send alerts and reports.
We do not issue, sign or certify Children's Product Certificates, General Certificates of Conformity or any other certificate; we do not test products; and we do not provide legal, regulatory, customs or product-applicability advice. You remain the certifier responsible for your products. We are not approved by, endorsed by or affiliated with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission. We do not guarantee acceptance by any marketplace, retailer or government agency.
You confirm you are authorized to request documents from the suppliers you name and will provide a signed authorization letter. The accuracy and authenticity of documents rest with the supplier and with you; you should verify reports with the issuing laboratory.
Starter Audit $49 one-time; Tracker $99/month; Growth $249/month; additional SKUs $10/month each, plus applicable taxes. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. Starter Audit is fully refunded if no documents are collected within 10 business days. Payments are processed by Stripe.
You own your data. We use supplier documents only to provide the service to you and do not share them with other customers. See our Privacy Policy. After cancellation, data is deleted within 30 days unless you request export or earlier deletion.
Do not use the service to submit forged documents, harass suppliers or violate law.
The service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including recalls, delisting, penalties or detained shipments.
Either party may terminate at any time. We may suspend accounts for non-payment or misuse.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and disputes are subject to the courts of Hong Kong, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.
