Amazon compliance review not responding (or only canned replies) after you sent a CPC

You submitted a CPC and test report and hear nothing, or keep getting the same template reply. What to check before you submit a fifth time.

The problem

First: run the free document-vs-listing check

Paste your listing details and the fields from your CPC. The check flags mismatched model/ASIN, product name, manufacturer, lab, CFR citations and dates, plus supplier-certificate red flags. Free, no signup.

Run the free check

A common pattern in seller forums: the same documents are submitted again and again, and each time a canned response comes back without saying which line failed. Re-sending an identical package seldom helps. Treat silence or a template reply as "something doesn't match" and find it before the next attempt.

How to fix it

  1. Check the request in Account Health is still open and that you replied in the same case or upload slot Amazon specified.
  2. Confirm the files open, are unlocked PDFs, and include the complete report (all pages), not a summary certificate.
  3. Run the free document-vs-listing check and fix every red item before resubmitting.
  4. Change something real: a reissued report, a new CPC in your name, or a corrected listing. Then state that change in one or two sentences.
  5. If Amazon asked for Direct Validation (for toys), follow those instructions and the lab's submission path. See our Direct Validation no-response guide.
  6. Keep a log of submission dates, files and replies so you can escalate with specifics.

Share your CPC in your AI

Keep your confirmed CPC, test report and compliance facts in Avenbridge. Resellers, labs and marketplace contacts can then ask about them in ChatGPT or Claude, and questions it can't answer come back to you.
