For toys, Amazon no longer takes CPC uploads from sellers. An Amazon-approved TIC provider tests or verifies your documents and reports to Amazon. Step by step, with deadlines.
For children's toys in the US, Canada, UK and EU, Amazon moved to Direct Validation (DV). You can no longer upload a CPC and test report yourself for flagged toy ASINs. Instead you pick an Amazon-approved testing, inspection and certification (TIC) provider. That provider either tests samples or verifies your existing reports, then sends the result straight to Amazon.
Many sellers only find out when an ASIN shows up under Account Health → Policy Compliance → Food and Product Safety Issues with a deadline. The upload button they expect is gone. All they see is a list of providers.
Keep your confirmed CPC, test report and compliance facts in Avenbridge. Resellers, labs and marketplace contacts can then ask about them in ChatGPT or Claude, and questions it can't answer come back to you.
